When is Wild West Music Fest?

What is the festival’s re-entry policy?

Same day re-entry is permitted at the festival.

Are rides free?

Carnival tickets are available for purchase, with an advance price of $30 for a 10-ride bundle at online check-out only. On side, tickets will be sold individually for $1 each or in bundles of 24 for $22 and 40 for $35. Each ride requires four to eight tickets. Unlimited ride wristbands will also be available on-site for $30 per day during the first two hours after gates open.

Ticket prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Guests are encouraged to review their final purchase summary online and on site before completing their transaction.

What is an Unlimited Ride Wristband?

An unlimited ride wristband is a single-price pass that allows you to ride participating carnival rides as many times as you’d like during the first 3 hours the festival is open each day.

Instead of purchasing individual ride tickets, you simply wear the wristband and enjoy unlimited rides while it is valid. Buy your unlimited ride wristband within the first 2 hours of opening to enjoy 3 hours of unlimited riding!

How much are unlimited ride wristbands?

Unlimited ride wristbands will be available on-site for $30 each day during the first three hours after gates open, with sales ending two hours after gates open. 

Ticket prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Guests are encouraged to review their final purchase summary online and on site before completing their transaction.

NEW: What is the Carnival Happy Hour?

New this year, the festival is adding Carnival Happy Hour.

  • Unlimited ride wristbands are $30 per person.

  • They are sold on-site only.

  • They are valid for the first three hours after the gates open.

  • Sales stop two hours after the gates open each day.

Where is Wild West Music Fest located?

Are there any prohibited items?

  • Outside food and drinks, except for one factory-sealed water bottle per person and medical or infant needs
  • Drugs and narcotics (prescription medication exception)
  • Clear bags larger than 20”x15”x9” and non-clear bags larger than 4.5”x6”
  • Fireworks and laser pointers
  • No glass cups or bottles of any kind, except for medical or infant needs
  • Video cameras and cameras longer than 12 inches (including body, lens, and filter)
  • Coolers and hard containers
  • Pets, except for service animals
  • No radios, televisions, or other electronic noise-producing items
  • Skates, skateboards, skate shoes, scooters, all cycles, hoverboards, mopeds, and Segways
  • Unmanned Aircraft Systems & Radio-Controlled Model Aircraft/Drones (strictly prohibited on park property)
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited, including but not limited to firearms or knives
  • Gang paraphernalia, including but not limited to symbols, emblems, insignia, bandanas, colors, or other gang identifiers
  • Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by event organizers or security officials
  • No canopies or umbrellas
    *All individuals and bags are subject to search

What is the clear bag policy?

Bags larger than 4.5” x 6” must be clear. Clear bags must not exceed 20” x 15” x 9”.
Exceptions to the enforced Clear Bag Policy include medical and diaper bags. All bags must be searched and approved. A designated security personnel at each gate are approved to tag bags.

Where is parking available?

Parking at Copper Sky Regional Park and Recreation Center are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost.

Where is the lost & found located?

All lost and found items will be collected and stored at the Wild West Music Fest Information Booth.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, same day re-entry is allowed!

Is parking available?

Yes, and parking is FREE!

How do I get to the festival?

2) Shuttle Services: You can park for free at Maricopa High School!

  • Shuttle hours:
    • Friday: 4:00 PM to 11:00PM
    • Saturday: 12:00 PM to 11:00PM
    • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

    • Look for the shuttle check-in tent.
    • Directional signage will guide vehicles to the appropriate pick-up area.
    • Shuttles will operate throughout the event and pick up guests as needed.

3) Biking and walking are also convenient ways to get to the festival if you live nearby. Bike racks will be provided on-site; just be sure to bring a lock. For everyone’s safety, officers will be assisting with traffic around the festival grounds to ensure pedestrians and bicyclists can cross roads safely.

What safety measures are in place to ensure the well-being of festival attendees?

  • Security Personnel: Our festival is staffed with trained security personnel who are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment throughout the event.
  • Bag Checks: At the entrance, all attendees will be subject to bag checks, in accordance with our clear bag policy. Bags will be inspected if flagged by security, to ensure prohibited items do not enter the festival grounds.
  • Security Checks: There will be metal detection the fair entrance. Patrons and their possessions are subject to search.
    Medical Services: We have on-site medical stations equipped with skilled medical professionals ready to assist with any health-related concerns.
  • Emergency Response Plan: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a well-defined emergency response plan in place to address any situation swiftly and efficiently.
  • Information Booths: Look for our information booths where you can find information about safety procedures, maps, and assistance if needed.
  • Communication: We use multiple channels, including loudspeakers, text alerts, and our official festival app, to keep you informed about important safety updates and procedures.
  • Crowd Management: We employ crowd control measures to ensure a comfortable and safe festival experience, including designated exit routes and crowd flow management.

Are tickets refundable?

Ticket purchases are final and are non-refundable. Wild West Music Fest is rain or shine.

All sales are final. All tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather. Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission. Time, date, and location of event are subject to change. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason. Service charges are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled.
